  • Hotel, okolí, prostředí, ochota a vstřícnost personálu, vynikající strava ať snídaně, obědové menu nebo výběr z jídelního lístku.

  • nemožnost zaparkovat hotelovém parkovišti - vše způsobeno rekonstrukcí přilehlé vozovky a obsazení parkoviště stavební firmou. V žádném případě není způsobeno pracovníky hotel.

  • Jednoznačně snídaně bohatá,výborná.Stejně tak i možnost stravování přímo v restauraci hotelu.Ubytování korelovalo s cenou a není co vytknout.

  • Zemní práce před hotelem,za něž ale hotel nemůže.Tím pádem i parkování na tmavém neosvětleném místě obce .

  • Výborná poloha hotelu k podnikání výletů kousek od Ratibořic, vodní nádrže Rozkoš, ZOO Dvůr Králové a Adršpašsko Teplických skal. Snídaně formou švédských stolů byla bohatá. Příjemný pobyt byl rovněž v restauraci, kde vaří skvělá jídla.

  • Při snídani jsme občas narazili na špatně umyté talíře.
